Website and vehicle information

Use the site lawfully and provide accurate information. Inventory, mileage, features, pricing, estimated payments, and availability may change and must be confirmed with Florida Auto Center. Website content is not a binding offer or financing commitment.

Finance applications and credit authorization

By submitting a finance application and checking the authorization box, you certify that the information is complete and accurate and authorize Florida Auto Center, its service providers, and potential financing sources to obtain consumer credit reports, verify identity, residence, employment and income, and evaluate financing as permitted by law. A credit inquiry may affect your credit score. Final terms are provided only in signed transaction documents.

Electronic records and signatures

Checking an acceptance box and submitting electronically is intended as your electronic signature. You may request paper copies and may contact us if you cannot access electronic records.

SMS terms

If you separately opt in, Florida Auto Center may send marketing texts or non-marketing application and service updates to the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing texts is not required to buy or obtain financing. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your contact, address, employment, and other application information current and for protecting access to your devices and messages. Do not submit information for another person without lawful authority.

Privacy and sharing

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, secure, retain, and share information, including sharing needed to process financing requests.

Availability and limitation

The website is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Florida Auto Center is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website interruption, third-party services, or reliance on unconfirmed website information. Rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. Florida law governs these terms, subject to applicable federal law and consumer protections.
